Can I take my modem with me when I travel to other communities?Answer:
Yes, Aiware provides you with the flexibility of being able to roam anywhere within our service areas. You are no longer tied to just one location. You can simply plug in your modem and jump on line in any community that QINIQ (Nunavut) or Airware (Northwest Territories) services are available as long as you are within range of our local base stations for that community. Please see the "Services and Rates" for more details.

What is a Community Service Provider?Answer:
A Community Service Provider (CSP) provides support to all AirWare subscribers in their community. They are also responsible for promoting the AirWare service in the community, signing up new users, helping users choose appropriate payment methods such as cash and credit card, recording payments, assisting subscribers in installing their modem, dealing with technical computer issues related to their connection to the modem, and referring unanswered questions and issues to the head office. SSI Micro, a Yellowknife-based communications company, operates the AirWare network. They are responsible for the ongoing operation and management of all aspects of the satellite and wireless infrastructure and all other core components of the network.Question:

How do I pay my monthly AirWare Internet bills?Answer:
To pay your monthly AirWare Internet account, you can pay cash to your CSP, or you can either pay via online banking or credit card. In order to pay with online banking you must have online banking enabled, in order to enable online banking you must contact your banking institute. If you already have online banking enabled, you would add SSI Micro (LTD) as a payee. You can locate your account number by logging into the AirWare website with your username and password; in the drop down menu beside your username, select Account Overview. Should you wish to pay with Visa or Mastercard, you can add your credit card to your account by signing onto the AirWare website and selecting Modify CC Info from the drop down menu and following the instructions.
