Airware Holiday Plan
AirWare is happy to announce that the long awaited holiday plan has finally arrived! This means that you will no longer need to return your modem or close your account when leaving the community for a holiday. From this point forward you have the option of downgrading your plan, at any time during your billing cycle, and paying a reduced month fee. Your modem will be disabled, but your email will remain active while you are away. You will still be able log into the AirWare portal to manage your account, pay your monthly fees, and upgrade off of the Holiday Plan when you return.
If you would like to take advantage of this feature, simply follow these steps;
- Log into your AirWare Community Portal (www.airware.ca) with your username and password.
- Select the drop down menu which is displayed next to your username.
- Choose “Change Planâ€, and then select one of the following Holiday Plans;
| Gold Holiday: | $20.00+GST/Month |
| Platinum Holiday: | $40.00+GST/Month |
| *Not available on the Diamond plan |
The system will automatically prorate your month fee. There is no limit on when, or how many times per month you can use this feature, so feel free to give it a try the next time you’re sneaking away for a few days!
